MWC Barcelona brought together the world’s leaders in connectivity, telecommunications, and enterprise technology, offering an important platform for strategic engagement as we continue to explore how AI can power intelligent, large-scale systems globally.
Our participation at MWC focused primarily on introducing and advancing conversations around Masterly’s Catalyst Program — an initiative designed to work directly with organizations to identify their most pressing challenges and co-develop custom, end-to-end AI-powered solutions using our AI ecosystem. These discussions aligned strongly with MWC’s emphasis on scale, infrastructure, and real-world deployment.
Throughout the event, we engaged in thoughtful conversations around:
· AI for telecom and connectivity
· Automation at scale
· Delivering intelligent, adaptive solutions for complex telecom environments
· The evolving role of AI across international and enterprise markets
Masterly also participated in the Global Management Initiative (GMI) program with Rotman School of Business, which paired MBA students with our team to provide on-the-ground support and strategic assistance throughout the conference. This collaboration added meaningful perspective and capacity as we navigated the pace and scale of MWC.
We had extensive conversations with fellow Canadian companies participating in the mission, and connected with several major players in the global telecom space, including Deutsche Telekom. We also engaged with a number of government and ecosystem organizations that maintain strong partnerships with Ontario, such as the North-Rhine Westphalia Pavilion, highlighting the importance of cross-border collaboration in building future digital infrastructure.
A particularly notable connection was our engagement with GSMA, reinforcing the relevance of Masterly’s approach within the broader global mobile and connectivity ecosystem.
Overall, MWC Barcelona 2026 demonstrated strong interest in the Catalyst Program, with multiple conversations progressing into follow-up discussions and future meetings. Beyond leads, the event provided exceptionally valuable market intelligence, deepening our understanding of international markets, the telecom landscape, and how AI is expected to evolve at scale in the years ahead.
Thank you to MEDJCT and the Ontario delegation for their continued support in enabling these global engagements. We leave Barcelona with strengthened visibility, expanded networks, and clearer insight into how Masterly can contribute to the future of connectivity and intelligent systems worldwide.
