At the Ontario, Canada Pavilion, Stand C2-34, Masterly introduced CareCompassion: an AI-powered healthcare ecosystem designed to help patients, caregivers, providers, and healthcare organizations stay connected throughout the care journey.
CareCompassion brings together capabilities such as personalized recovery plans, medication adherence support, symptom reporting, hydration reminders, wearable connectivity, cardiac monitoring, anomaly detection, and AI-generated recovery summaries. Clinician dashboards are designed to make care insights easier to understand and act on.
The platform was built to address a familiar challenge in healthcare: patient information and care tools can be spread across disconnected systems. When data is fragmented, emerging concerns may be harder to spot. CareCompassion aims to provide a more continuous view of the patient journey, helping care teams and caregivers identify potential risks and support timely follow-up.
The platform is designed with encrypted infrastructure, audit logging, consent-based data sharing, and a compliance-focused architecture. These foundations reflect Masterly’s view that healthcare technology must support innovation while protecting privacy, security, and trust.
During HIMSS26 Europe, Masterly VP of Science & Research Dr. Atena Roshan Fekr connected with healthcare leaders, providers, insurers, researchers, and potential partners to discuss how AI-powered care ecosystems could support more proactive and coordinated care.
Another focus was the opportunity to connect CareCompassion with complementary healthcare technologies. Masterly opened discussions with organizations working in areas such as remote patient monitoring, wearables, medication and pharmacy solutions, clinical AI, rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital workflows, chronic disease management, and patient engagement.
Masterly is exploring integration and pilot opportunities with hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, recovery programs, and community healthcare settings. Each potential collaboration is being considered with security, interoperability, scalability, and responsible AI in mind.
We extend our sincere thanks to Patricia Cosgrove and Ontario’s Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, led by The Honourable Victor Fedeli, for supporting Ontario organizations and international collaboration. HIMSS26 Europe was an opportunity to share Masterly’s work and continue conversations about the future of connected healthcare.
We believe the next generation of healthcare will depend on trusted systems that help people stay connected throughout the care journey. CareCompassion is Masterly’s contribution to that future.
