Masterly at CEATEC 2025

Masterly proudly attended CEATEC 2025 in Chiba, Japan, as an exhibitor within the Ontario Pavilion, in partnership with the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade (MEDJCT).

CEATEC 2025 provided an incredible platform to introduce Masterly to Japan’s innovation ecosystem and to engage in thoughtful, strategic conversations around the future of technology and society. From live demonstrations of our Earendel Vision AI, to showcasing Orbit, our language AI system, and CareCompassion, our home care platform, the event highlighted the growing global relevance of human-centered AI.

A central focus of our presence was the launch of conversations around our Catalyst Program — an initiative inviting organizations to share their real-world challenges and pain points. Through Catalyst, Masterly collaborates with partners to develop custom, end-to-end AI-powered solutions, leveraging our broader AI ecosystem to deliver practical, impactful outcomes.

Highlights from CEATEC included:

· A live Earendel Vision AI demo, marking Masterly’s first public technology demonstration in Japan

· Pitch Stage presentation by Nicholas Zhao, AI Manager, which generated strong interest and valuable dialogue

· Meaningful engagements with Japanese innovators including SIIX EMS and Smile Digital Health

· Insightful discussions with public sector leaders from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the City of Sapporo

· Strong support and connections through the Ontario trade mission, including valuable conversations with Christian Howes, Counsellor at the Embassy of Canada in Japan

Throughout the event, themes such as human-centered AI, automation, aging demographics, and Japan–Canada collaboration resonated deeply, particularly in discussions around CareCompassion and the role technology can play in supporting aging societies with dignity and empathy.

CEATEC 2025 validated Masterly’s belief that AI must be designed not only to advance technology, but to serve people, communities, and societal needs. The conversations,

insights, and market research we gathered have shaped how we think about long-term collaboration in Japan.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, attended the pitch presentation, and took the time to share their perspectives and challenges. Your openness and curiosity made this experience truly rewarding.

As CEATEC comes to a close, we leave Japan encouraged, informed, and excited, committed to building long-term relationships within Japan’s innovation ecosystem and to continuing our work in developing intelligent, compassionate solutions together.

Let’s keep in touch.
